Executive Director

Robert F. Myers (Rob) is a seasoned non-profit executive and accomplished business leader with over 25 years of diverse experience. Throughout his career, Rob has demonstrated a profound commitment to supporting at-risk youth, low-income families, and advancing cancer research and treatment. His expertise lies in managing innovative fundraising teams, developing and executing strategic programs, and fostering impactful relationships with both individuals and corporations.

Rob previously served as Executive Vice President of Development at Hathaway-Sycamores Child and Family Services and Vice President of Development at City of Hope Cancer Center, where he played key leadership roles in advancing philanthropic initiatives and organizational growth.

As a Southern California native, Rob’s leadership style is marked by his ability to build strong, cohesive teams and lead by example. His exceptional skills in team-building and relationship cultivation have consistently driven successful outcomes for the organizations he has served.

Rob holds a BA degree in History from Washington State University, where he was recognized as an All-American punter for the Cougars football team. Outside of his professional endeavors, Rob is a dedicated family man, married with three children. His passion for making a positive difference in the community continues to inspire and guide his work
